# Ownership, Access and Evidence

The current boundary between owned-machine access, work receipts, optional earnings and historical records.

B3IQ accounts own machines. Gateway keys route only to those machines, with
installed-model matching, runtime health, key restrictions and incident controls.
No shared public inference pool or third-party provider fallback is available.
This page retains the old protocol URL for existing documentation links.

## Current evidence

**[Your machine](https://b3iq.org/dashboard/nodes)**

Authenticated machine state, models, health and operational controls.
  **[Readiness](/operators/route-readiness)**

Connection, runtime, model and access blockers; verify actual discovery and a request.
  **[Private jobs](/developers/private-jobs)**

Encrypted asynchronous requests to an enrolled machine your account owns.
  **[Privacy boundary](/protocol/privacy)**

What ordinary gateway and private transport paths can see and retain.

## Work and money are separate

A receipt records work and usage evidence. Owner inference has no per-request
B3IQ charge and creates no request earnings. Optional Earn mode rents idle
capacity by the hour under a hosting arrangement; accrued revenue and paid
funds are separate account records. Under Managed Hosting, the owner's share
is 85% of rental revenue before hosting deductions.

Current machine purchasing can use supported payment rails, including USDC
where offered. Those rails are separate from the old registry and request-payout
pilot; retiring a public explorer does not remove checkout or historical money
records.

## Retired public protocol surfaces

The public node explorer, speed leaderboard and rate pages were retired in the
October 3, 2026 source change. Former registry, reputation and on-chain
request-payout descriptions are historical. Their retained records do not prove
current route readiness, current hourly rental payouts or a decentralized
serving product. Existing historical records and shared receipt types remain.

See [current status](/operations/current-status) for dated acceptance boundaries.
Historical documentation is explicitly marked in the navigation and on each
page; consult it only when interpreting an existing historical record.
